Civil Engineer by trade and one of the co-owners of Crossfit Swakopmund. I am a Dad of two lovely daughters. I represented Namibia for wrestling. My love for crossfit started in 2012 where I joined my wife Jancke Rentel in a team to participate with other members at the Crossfit Regionals in 2014. I am a holder of a Personal Training Diploma.
